The Prison Qur'an Project ...

...is an all-volunteer effort to provide Islamic educational resources to Muslims currently incarcerated in state, county and local prisons. Many individuals who reach these institutions have an opportunity to turn their lives around due to the transformative message of Islam.


WE PROVIDE:

  • Copies of the Holy Qur’an – English, Arabic & Both
  • Islamic Books
  • CD Lectures
  • Hijabs
  • Prayer schedules, calendars and information on Islamic Holy days

We also provide the following services:

  • Reply to Islamic questions asked by inmates
  • Visit inmates in prison

Make a donation and support our project Each month we receive dozens of letters from inmates all over California requesting Qur’ans, books, audio CD’s of Qur’an and lectures and information about the Ahlul-Bayt.
Please donate generously so that we may continue this much needed service.
All donations will be used to support our Prison outreach programs. All funds are used for direct expenses only such as purchasing Qur’ans, books, religious items and postage. This program is run on an entirely volunteer basis.
